Spain

The country of Spain, located at the crossroads of the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, Europe and Africa, is a key cultural and migratory bridge across 5 continents, and is the base for IMSI operations for Europe and Africa.

Málaga Headquarters
Málaga is an incredibly diverse city and province in Southern Spain that acts as a key transcontinental bridge for refugees and migrants seeking liberty and opportunity. People groups from over 130 different countries make up the population of Málaga.

It often feels like Málaga is the melting pot of Europe as people from all over the world come seeking  freedom and opportunity that is simply out of their grasp in their native lands.

Many come seeking refuge from war-torn lands like Syria and Ukraine. Others come seeking relief from impoverished nations in Central and South America
Still more come seeking a safe haven from disaster-stricken countries like Morocco, Libya, and Turkey. IMSI Spain is a long-term presence on the ground in Málaga, extending hope and help for these weary travelers.

Within the Málaga community – In response to the opportunities that we see from being on the ground in Málaga, we would like to turn our attention to some projects aimed at meeting a need in the lives of many school aged children of many families in need. With over 345,000 enrolled school children in Málaga, over 10.7% of these children are from migrant families seeking safety, liberty and opportunity in Málaga, Spain. Our goal is to help these students out and meet the needs that we see. For example, we would like to provide school supplies, hygiene items, and also offer extracurricular language classes to them.

The International Mission Station Incorporated – Spain organization is also designed to alleviate issues in Education and Sociology. Teaching, tutoring, and training students to further enhance their innate ability. Making them better students with purpose-driven lives. By assisting in these industries, students realize that secondary education is attainable and in return we create long-lasting relationships with Spain and its people.
